Testimonials from participating Models (Mrs SA Finalists 2016)

Olwethu Mashabane : “Cedar Square is my favorite intimate destination for a family day out for both shopping and entertaining the kids. From the friendly service at Smile Cafe to the boutique stores of which Romeo & Jean and Nicci Boutique are favorites to name a few. It was an absolute pleasure to be hosted by Cedar for the Real Woman Fashion show. It's always daunting being on a ramp in front of a new crowd, but the family atmosphere of Cedar was so divine. Thank you to all the amazing stores and some of the pop ups that were on the square (I found some jewelry steals on sale).”

Rebekah Krossynski: “I was so delighted to be invited to walk in the Mrs South Africa Real Women Fashion show at cedar square. Cedar square is my local shopping centre and I used to have a shop there. So it was such an opportunity this time to be back, but as a finalist and a model for the show. Best of all I could include my son again. What an honour to represent such huge brands and best designers. I thoroughly enjoyed the support of all my family and friends in my area, and all my old tenants who came out and showed support. What a privilege. Thank you and hope we can do that again soon.”

Semone Skosan : “All the staff and security at Cedar Square are very helpful. The Centre has a cheerful, friendly atmosphere which creates a vibrant ambiance.”
Simone Schroeter : “I had such a wonderful time on Saturday morning at the beautiful Cedar square. There was a great vibe and the outside market I think also added to the shopping and fashion show experience. The clothes we got to model were amazing and it was a privilege to showcase the brands”

Martina Schoen : “Thank you Cedar Square for a wonderful #RealWomenFashionShow on Saturday! The support was incredible and we loved being part of the lively vibe that the crowd exuded! We look forward to see you again next year!”

Melony Naidoo : “Cedar Square has always been one of my favourite small shopping centres. I simply love the vibe and the open feel of the centre. The shops are classy and I'm so thankful that I got to try on clothing from Nicci Boutique, Leethua, Romeo and Jean. They all have my taste in clothing and accessories I simply love it. Joseph Ribkoff and Nine West is an all time favourite and fit right in with my personality. I have to bribe my children to leave Cedar Square when we do go there because they absolutely love Smile Cafe. I always have a positive Cedar experience make sure you experience yours”

Ephy Mathebula “It was such a privilege for me to be part of the Real Women Fashion show at Cedar Square. We were warmly welcomed and even the kids and hubby loved hanging out at the mall. Thank you so much Cedar Square for hosting us. It was awesome!”

Claire Gardiner; “The beautiful surroundings of Cedar Square Shopping Centre was warm welcoming and I was truly honoured to model gorgeous clothing and accessories as a Schwarzkopf Professional Mrs South Africa Finalist 2016 in the #RealWomanFashion event . The audience and passersby were receptive and friendliest of smiles came my way, really heart warming. I had time to wonder about, impressed with excellent variety of stores. Culminating in the excellent culinary experience of Kong Restaurant for our family lunch.”

Trice Mazwi : “My real woman fashion shows. They make me feel like a million bucks! Only real women can live their life to the fullest. Be mom, wife, student, business woman, radio presenter, raise funds for community and be a Mrs SA model that just lost 40kg in two years. Thank you Cedar Square for believing in our Mrs SA brand. The clothes at the mall are classic, stylish upmarket and so beautiful. Every real woman should be allowed to spoil herself. Happy Women’s month.”
